We draw up short-term realistic expert opinions on the value of entire plants, parts of plants or individual properties, from the point of view of both liquidation and continuation. The market values determined are guided by both the specific market situation, which is constantly observed by us, as well as the results of the sales and auctions of recent time from the relevant sectors in Europe. If and when required, we also draw up expert reports for the determination of the real value, the replacement value, the capitalised value and the current market value. We support leasing companies in the determination of the development of the value, the determination of the residual value and the redemption value in the case of leasing and financing contracts. During the credit check of small-and-mid-sized companies we assist both rating agencies such as accounting firms and tax consultants as well as the financial institutions concerned to carry out a competent appraisal and valuation. |
